📋 Description

• Lead client discovery sessions to gather, analyze, define, and document business requirements • Translate client requirements into functional specifications for technical teams • Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP modules • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve business processes and operational effectiveness • Design and validate Business Central solutions aligned with client requirements • Work across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, and Sales Order Management • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on ERP implementations and enhancements • Develop process maps for current and future business processes • Lead functional testing, User Acceptance Testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities • Deliver end-user training and facilitate go-live activities • Provide post-implementation support and ensure user adoption • Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals • Assist with project planning, timeline estimation, and project coordination • Advise clients on ERP best practices and business process improvements • Travel up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing ERP consulting role • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) certification • Demonstrated success deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV ERP solutions from discovery through implementation • Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV • Required experience implementing Business Central or Dynamics NAV Manufacturing and Inventory modules • Experience implementing Finance, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, and Sales Order Management modules • Experience leading client discovery sessions, defining business requirements, and translating them into scalable ERP solutions • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and business processes through professional experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • U.S. Citizenship and residence in the United States required due to federal security clearance requirements • Applicants must not require work visa transfer or sponsorship
