📋 Description

• Review detailed medical records and identify key treatment history, care needs, and supporting information • Prepare life care plans, medical cost analyses, reports, and related research • Evaluate complex medical files and identify current and future care needs • Research medical services, equipment, medications, therapies, and related costs • Use records, provider information, research, and cost data to support recommendations • Support plaintiff and defense matters, including personal injury cases • Communicate with providers, attorneys, claims professionals, and internal team members • Participate in case discussions, file reviews, and report updates • Apply clinical knowledge and life care planning standards to evaluate care needs • Manage assignments and deadlines with accuracy and responsiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license required • Certified Life Care Planner certification required • 10+ yrs of clinical, case management, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience • Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment planning, and long-term care considerations • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed narrative reports and cost analyses • Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills with close attention to detail • Demonstrated experience building relationships with healthcare providers, clients, and case stakeholders
