📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers • Review junior consultants’ work for accurate, high-quality, and timely deliverables • Communicate project budgets and scope to clients and ensure adherence • Drive timely delivery of project milestones • Coordinate client site visits and project deliverables • Produce reports synthesizing onsite inspection data, environmental factors, material properties, and engineering analysis to determine causes and scope of building distress and failures • Conduct site visits and collect field data from residential and commercial properties • Review and interpret relevant building codes • Assist with business development by attending conferences, events, dinners, and lunches • Perform additional assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience • Active PE license • 15+ years of forensic engineering experience • Proven ability to write comprehensive technical reports on inspection results • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Established client network and strong track record of building rapport and maintaining lasting client relationships
