📋 Description

• Review and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and narratives • Participate in client and internal project kick-off meetings • Develop and submit RFIs and solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors • Perform electrical quantity take-offs using OST, Sage, BIM, and other estimating software • Apply appropriate unit pricing using historical data, vendor quotes, and market benchmarks • Conduct comparative cost analyses to identify opportunities for budget alignment • Maintain strong, positive working relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders • Prepare organized, standardized estimate reports for client and internal use • Deliver estimates and follow up with clients in a timely manner • Support closeout documentation efforts as needed • Contribute to improvements in electrical estimating processes and best practices • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with building electrical systems preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with OST, or similar estimating software preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Applicants with Military backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
