📋 Description

• Lead projects and serve as the primary point of contact • Coordinate site visits, resources, and timelines to keep projects on track • Conduct site visits and testing to gather data across property types • Perform site visits and lab examinations to collect data on residential, commercial, and industrial properties • Produce reports combining inspection, testing, and analysis data to identify root cause and make recommendations on repair or replacement • Support regional growth through recruiting and business development • Build and maintain strong client relationships while generating new work • Partner with business development on conferences and client outreach • Review and interpret relevant building codes for issues within the scope of work • Oversee development of repair or replacement design scope as needed • Make independent project decisions, including selection of analysis and testing methods and allocation of resources • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active PE license required • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of forensic electrical engineering experience or relevant design experience • Proven ability to write comprehensive technical reports on inspection results • Strong organizational and time management skills • Willingness to travel up to 50%
