📋 Description

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls to business owners • Work assigned local-time schedules: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday • Own and manage a CRM pipeline of clients including dentists, florists, and restaurant owners • Sell Yelp advertising to small local businesses from home • Become an expert in Yelp advertising solutions and provide timely product recommendations • Ask probing questions and overcome customer objections and rejection • Use quick-close techniques to exceed individual goals • Navigate calls from qualification through close while ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas • Track and manage daily goals and metrics • Educate business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions

🎯 Requirements

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor's Degree with a demonstrated interest in sales/business or people-centric industry • No fear of the phone and preparedness to make a high volume of outbound dials daily • General computer and email proficiency • Google Suite proficiency • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment • Access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not permitted • Open to feedback and willing to implement areas for improvement • Strong, engaging interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight • Current US work authorization • Residence in the Central or Eastern Region of the United States, including Central or Eastern Time Zones
