📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists and Business Analysts. • Manage team capacity, project assignments, and resource allocation. • Oversee multiple concurrent customer implementations from discovery through go-live. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements. • Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic customer implementations. • Monitor implementation KPIs including utilization, project delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, systems integration, or solution delivery. • 3+ years of direct people management experience. • Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously. • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
