📋 Description

• Run referral growth for Florida, leading a team of field Territory Managers • Own a personal book of strategic accounts and be in the field 3-4 days a week • Regularly report on territory performance and coach territory managers on their KPIs • Conduct joint calls, key account meetings, and ensure compliance with sales operations • Adapt national strategies to fit Florida’s unique referral landscape

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of business development or outreach in behavioral health, addiction treatment, post-acute, or healthcare services • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Familiarity with Florida's behavioral health community and referral culture • Experience managing or mentoring field outreach or sales staff • Ability to adjust approach by different regions • Experience generating referral demand for services paid through different channels (including private pay)
