📋 Description

• Leads operational systems and administrative workflows to support key organizational initiatives • Supervises operations staff and manages the end-to-end application, onboarding, and funding tracking processes for sponsorship programs • Leverages data-driven insights and fosters strong partnerships with internal stakeholders • Ensures efficient program execution, enhances donor relationships, and strengthens overall organizational impact • Oversees operational systems, processes, and workflows supporting key organizational initiatives while coordinating the associated administrative work • Tracks donor commitments and giving patterns, ensuring accurate allocation of funds to program participants, resources, and staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study • Minimum seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, including leading and managing initiatives or programs with outcome-focused deliverables • Minimum one (1) year of experience directly or indirectly leading a team program administration, project management, or operations • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders • Previous experience or involvement with Young Life or a similar non-profit organization is a plus. • Experience with data management/reporting tools
