📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate a group of related projects to deliver strategic business value aligned with organizational objectives • Lead Project Managers and cross-functional project teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, and support functions • Monitor overall portfolio performance and manage portfolio-level risk • Support governance and decision-making • Maintain communication between portfolio stakeholders and program and project leaders • Manage a team of Project Managers • Define program-level goals and success metrics tied to business outcomes • Partner with executive stakeholders to align priorities and expected benefits • Establish performance expectations and accountability • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the PMO • Support development of project management standards and best practices • Establish milestones, goals, and objectives based on functional-area and stakeholder input • Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approval • Convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities • Review project schedules and coordinate necessary resources • Manage project scope, costs, schedules, and time frames • Drive tasks to completion and keep work on track and on budget • Perform project cost analysis and identify cost-reduction solutions • Define and manage resource capacity and time tracking • Identify and mitigate problems, risks, conflicts, and issues • Manage project change-control processes • Provide stakeholder updates on project status, variances, issues, risks, and corrective actions • Drive effective project communications and report project metrics • Quantify project KPIs and manage work within scope, schedule, cost, and quality constraints • Coordinate project-related RFIs/RFPs with third parties and internal IT procurement • Maintain relationships and communication with service providers • Review and approve payment requests and change orders • Support coaching and development within the Project Management community and share PMO best practices • Demonstrate commitment to customer service and resolve concerns effectively • Comply with company security procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience actively leading medium-size and/or medium-scope projects with cross-functional teams • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Acquired knowledge and experience in a manufacturing, shop-floor environment, with product design and manufacturing execution systems • Experience with project management software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Project • Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority • Advanced soft skills and willingness to work with diverse, geographically dispersed teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical challenges • Collaborative decision-making and ability to work with all levels of management and stakeholders • High adaptability to changing technology and environments • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
