📋 Description

• Develop and implement the operational support structure needed for the Retail Americas team to execute its roadmap across LATAM, Canada, and select emerging U.S. channel opportunities • Own Retail Americas programs through the full lifecycle, including roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management • Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics for market entry and retail programs • Identify and assess regulatory, logistical, and cultural risks in emerging-market launches and develop mitigation strategies • Serve as the primary contact for program-related matters with internal stakeholders and external retail partners • Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes and tools across markets

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years of proven experience in international program management, overseeing complex projects across multiple countries and cultures • Deep retail expertise in account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing • Strong leadership skills • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget • Understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances • Experience working in international settings • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in project management software and tools; preferably JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs • Willingness to travel as required
