📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs • Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources • Monitor progress and address issues that may impact program success • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Provide regular updates and ensure transparency throughout the program lifecycle • Identify process improvement opportunities • Implement best practices to enhance program efficiency, quality, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus • Extensive experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects • MUST have MSP experience • Expert in project management tools • Must have Oncology experience as a Global Senior Clinical Project Management/Program management • Strong leadership and team management skills • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
