📋 Description

• Staff, train, and motivate part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors • Conduct final interviewing and hiring for the Brand Ambassador team • Manage Brand Ambassador training, development, performance, recruitment, and reporting • Ensure Brand Ambassadors have merchandise and materials for sampling events • Travel in the market for Brand Ambassador development, activation audits, and performance reviews • Develop employees for career advancement and succession planning • Build relationships with key wholesaler/client field management teams • Use reports and presentations to communicate program performance, competitive intelligence, initiatives, wins, losses, opportunities, and challenges • Collaborate with support and agency operations teams on report development, event execution, financial control, and coverage model revisions • Conduct weekly conference calls with the DM and local team • Manage the assigned geographic area's budget to maximize revenue and profit • Enforce a safe work environment and reduce workers' compensation claims • Maintain a visible presence in designated accounts within the assigned territory • Communicate daily/weekly with Brand Ambassadors through WhatsApp

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 2-4 years of experience • Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred • Experience working in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment • Team player; works collaboratively with others • Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Able to be nimble in ambiguity; be open to change; embrace innovative ideas • Able to communicate effectively through various methods while appropriately tailoring the message to the audience • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Proven success in the execution and evaluation of sampling programs • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and training Brand Ambassadors • Experience in creating weekly schedules with specific parameters for execution • Experience with approving team events, recaps, and payroll systems • Travel and driving are essential duties • Ability to travel up to 50% • Ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), hear telephone, enter data on a computer, and lift up to 10 lbs
