📋 Description

• Recruit, train, motivate, coach, guide, direct, and develop part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors • Manage weekly event execution, reporting, team performance, and program goals and metrics • Equip Brand Ambassadors with merchandise and materials for sampling events • Travel within the market for Brand Ambassador development, activation audits, and performance reviews • Build professional relationships with wholesaler and client field management teams • Use reports and presentations to communicate program success, improvement areas, competitive intelligence, initiatives, wins, losses, opportunities, and challenges • Collaborate with support and agency operations teams on report development, event execution, financial control, and coverage model revisions • Conduct weekly conference calls with the District Manager and local team • Manage the assigned geographic area's budget to maximize revenue and profit and reduce workers' compensation claims through a safe work environment • Maintain a visible presence in designated accounts within the assigned territory • Communicate daily/weekly with Brand Ambassadors through WhatsApp • Provide administrative and tactical support for Brand Ambassador processes and day-to-day business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 2-4 years of experience • Experience in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment • Experience in the alcohol or beverage industry preferred • Proven success in the execution and evaluation of sampling programs • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and training Brand Ambassadors • Experience in creating weekly schedules with specific parameters for execution • Experience with approving team events, recaps, and payroll systems • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Ability to communicate effectively through various methods and tailor messages to the audience • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Travel and driving are essential duties; travel up to 50% • Ability to sit for extended periods, hear telephone, enter data on a computer, and lift up to 10 lbs.
