📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using TypeScript, Python, Pytest, Playwright, and related technologies • Create and maintain API tests using Postman • Collaborate with engineers and QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage • Identify tests and workflows that can benefit from automation or AI-assisted testing • Explore and leverage AI tools to improve test generation, defect prediction, and test optimization • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable test code using best practices • Work with CI/CD pipelines to trigger automated tests and integrate them into release processes • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve test failures in coordination with development teams • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test frameworks, and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or Software Engineer with a focus on automated testing • Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Pytest, and Postman • Experience with IDEs like Cursor or equivalent for test development and workflow efficiency • Understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied in testing and automation • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and triggering automated tests • Ability to design test frameworks, write reusable test code, and identify automation opportunities • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, distributed team environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
