📋 Description

• Establish and run the engineering operating cadence, including monthly operating reviews, planning cycles, and cross-functional decision forums • Maintain visibility into upcoming work and coordination needs • Design and manage intake for engineering initiatives • Ensure initiatives have clear goals, success metrics, responsible teams, and strategy alignment • Close the loop on initiative outcomes • Drive standardization and reduce duplication across engineering teams • Define shared templates, standards, and operating norms • Track cross-team commitments through completion • Support incident management maturity, postmortem discipline, and follow-through on action items • Steward engineering organization health and engagement through engagement and pulse surveys • Drive feedback follow-up and support calibration and performance review operations • Program-manage organizational changes and readiness for major shifts • Ensure access, provisioning, and tooling prerequisites are addressed • Run product feedback and AI tooling governance processes • Route product feedback with evidence to appropriate stakeholders • Help establish decision-making practices for autonomous AI actions against critical systems • Own and evolve the changelog and results-tracking system, Product Readiness Framework, and design operating-model support • Coordinate with engineering leadership, engineering managers, product, and design across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of running cross-functional programs end-to-end from concept through execution and close • Experience working across teams without direct authority • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced change • Technical fluency with Jira, Coda, Slack, and modern AI tools • Ability to write clear technical documentation, including architecture decision records • Experience building frameworks, intake systems, or governance models adopted beyond their original scope • Experience in or close collaboration with engineering organizations, ideally in an operations capacity • Experience with operating reviews, incident management, organizational health, or organizational change • Data comfort and ability to communicate asynchronously to different audiences • Generalist mindset and ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly • Atlassian or Jira administration experience is a bonus • Must be authorized to work from the candidate's home location without company visa sponsorship
