• Manage implementation of Lit and Dark Fiber services across Waves, Ethernet, DIA, Managed Solutions, Dark Fiber metro/long-haul, and Fiber to the Tower services • Serve as a key project leader collaborating with customers, sales, sales leadership, product/services, and cross-functional teams • Own projects end-to-end, including kickoff meetings, scheduling, scope and budget tracking, and management of internal and external team members • Orchestrate customer project communications, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and progress • Advocate for customers and provide Voice of the Customer project feedback • Develop and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs • Own budgets, including monitoring, forecasting, and gap-closure planning with Outside Plant when applicable • Perform and oversee daily operational tasks cross-functionally • Manage reports and dashboards for weekly and quarterly forecasting, metrics, and deliverables • Identify gaps and drive improvements with partner teams • Coordinate plans and strategies with sales, product, engineering, procurement, network operations, and field operations • Act as a trusted advisor and assist other team members • Manage a high volume of orders and tasks
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing Telecom services projects; ten (10) years of experience preferred • Ability to define project dependencies, manage project milestones, meet and exceed project KPIs • Thorough knowledge of Fiber Engineering, Outside Plant, and field operations processes, including budget, design, engineering, permitting, construction, splicing, and scheduling • Strong internal and external collaboration and relationship skills across teams, partners, and customer organizations • Communication, relationship, and leadership skills • Exceptional project leadership and critical thinking skills • Excellent customer management skills, verbal and written, including risk analysis and conflict management/resolution • Ability to influence teams without a direct reporting relationship • Self-driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service • Ability and desire to identify personal growth areas and continually improve
