📋 Description
• Design modern, intuitive and visually impressive web and mobile experiences • Translate complex business and product ideas into simple visual stories and experiences • Present designs to customers, executives, product owners and development teams • Explain and defend design decisions while incorporating feedback, criticism and iteration • Work closely with developers from concept through implementation • Handle multiple projects in parallel when required • Take ownership and demonstrate strong self-initiative • Maintain design consistency through design systems and reusable components
🎯 Requirements
• Strong professional experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent UI aesthetics, UX thinking and visual storytelling skills • Strong communication and customer-facing presentation skills • Understanding of modern design trends and AI-assisted workflows • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar tools • Online portfolio is mandatory • Basic video editing or motion design is an added advantage • HTML and CSS knowledge is an added advantage • Mobile application design experience is an added advantage • Experience designing enterprise or industrial solutions is an added advantage
