📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives • Build program frameworks including roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and decision logs • Partner with executive sponsors and functional leads to align priorities and remove blockers • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels • Drive accountability across teams and escalate when needed to keep initiatives on track • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead efforts to build better ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology company • Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar • Strong ownership mindset • PMP or similar certification a plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Position is not currently eligible for visa sponsorship or visa transfers • Candidates cannot be based in California or Massachusetts
