📋 Description

• Install, repair, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on specified Carl Zeiss Meditec instrumentation in a designated field service territory • Diagnose and repair designated products, including preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades • Schedule, create, verify, and modify customer visits based on customer needs • Complete and submit daily field service reports • Complete and submit weekly expense reports • Maintain spare parts inventory and return designated spare parts • Support revenue growth through promotion and retention of service agreements • Interface professionally with customers, team members, management, Sales, and Technical Support • Instruct customers on equipment operation and maintenance when needed • Manage company-issued inventory, tools, diagnostic equipment, vehicle, and other property

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Electronics, Fine Mechanics, Optics or Medical Field Service • BS in Electronics, Engineering, or Computer Technology and related fields preferred • A+ and Net+ certification preferred • Ability to think through difficult customer issues and generate satisfactory customer satisfaction results • Must be self-directed and able to work independently with limited management oversight • Must have good verbal and written communication skills • Must have strong computer skills • Must be able to pass required training to service fine mechanics and optics and effectively service equipment after training • Multiple project and time management skills are required
