📋 Description

• Service CT/AX equipment in the Savannah, GA area • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics instrumentation at customer sites with minimal supervision • Deliver timely and effective repairs • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management • Manage tool and test equipment expiration dates and calibration compliance • Document tool and test equipment usage on eFSR • Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers • Perform administrative duties accurately • Mentor other Field Engineers on competencies and responsibilities • Work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM after onboarding/training

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred • Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment • Ability to work individually and in an established team setting • Proficiency in necessary network applications and tools, including eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools • Ability to locate, read, and understand installation, setup, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams, and functional description documents • 3+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments • Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, and fine grasping/manipulation tasks • Good vision and ability to work alone • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
