📋 Description

• Deploy critical software, metadata, network, and platform changes safely, accurately, and efficiently across global networks • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain platform stability • Identify, design, and implement operational process improvements that maximize change safety and operational efficiency • Improve internal tools, monitoring alerts, operational procedures, and technical documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts • Isolate software and platform bugs and develop long-term technical resolutions • Maintain the stability, safety, and high availability of global network infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience administering Linux/Unix systems in large-scale content distributed environments • Experience monitoring, administering, and troubleshooting high-availability platform environments • Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, and Shell • Working knowledge of core networking technologies and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, WAN, and DNS • Ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify underlying issues/bugs and implement robust resolutions • Ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and solve problems in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
