• Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction. • Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers. • Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting. • Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget. • Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers. • Responsible for prospecting and new account setup and customer order processing utilizing ERP system. • Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed. • Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed.
• BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience. • 3+ years customer service or sales experience required. • Automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful. • Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills. • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
