• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration at a commercial SaaS company • 2+ years hands-on administering a modern CRM (Salesforce or comparable) • Demonstrated AI fluency in embedding LLMs or automation tools into workflows • Strong written communication skills • Understanding of order-to-cash processes • Adaptable to a dynamic environment
