📋 Description

• Support and improve contingent workforce workflows across Beeline and Workday • Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex operational and systems issues • Partner with MSP, ESC, Talent Tech, Product, and technical teams to identify root causes and drive resolution • Operate within and optimize the Beeline Vendor Management System • Translate business requirements into system and workflow update inputs • Monitor workflow performance and data integrity across the Beeline-to-Workday integration • Identify opportunities to streamline contingent worker lifecycle processes, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding • Support vendor workflow updates, lifecycle improvements, and compliance-related changes • Assist with intake, prioritization, and tracking of operational work using Jira • Maintain audit-ready process documentation and support communications • Partner with Contingent Workforce leadership and cross-functional teams to align business needs, systems, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, program support, or enablement roles • Experience working with systems and tools that support business operations • Understanding of how workflows translate into execution • Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System such as Beeline is a strong plus • Familiarity with Workday workflows, especially contingent worker lifecycle processes • Comfort troubleshooting system integration issues such as Beeline to Workday • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work in the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions
