📋 Description

• Define, evangelize and implement the product vision and strategy for Rentals Partnerships. • Engage key players across the rentals industry to inform and execute on partner integrations. • Lead and deliver high-impact initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams. • Use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product direction and measure success. • Present clear, compelling narratives to align executives and partners on strategy and progress. • Establish and track success metrics that drive audience growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in a Product Management role, focusing on building consumer-facing technology products. • Ecommerce and/or marketplace experience required. • Experience with 3rd party partnerships and technical integrations. • Strong Product Management skills, experienced in independently owning sophisticated products and/or product portfolio. • Exceptional ability to influence and drive consensus across leadership, product, engineering, and data science teams. • Consistent record of shipping successful products at scale. • Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment (verbal, written, and visual). • Ability to articulate sophisticated ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize quickly and effectively in a complex collaborator environment.
