📋 Description

• Serve as the analytics owner for broker data products and go-to-market • Scope and deliver end-to-end measurement and data science projects from problem framing through productionization • Design broker-level success metrics and causal inference frameworks, including matching and difference-in-differences • Partner with Product Managers and go-to-market teams on measurement roadmaps and data product development • Conduct analytical deep dives and opportunity sizing for product and go-to-market roadmaps • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership • Build scalable analytical pipelines, scheduled jobs, and reusable data products • Leverage AI-assisted analytics workflows while maintaining deterministic, verifiable analytical logic • Support externally facing product value narratives with rigorous methodology • Own broker measurement and data product analytics end to end as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related quantitative field • Strong foundation in statistics, causal inference, and experimentation (A/B testing) • Ability to design durable metrics and assess product or go-to-market impact • Experience partnering with Product Managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams • Strong SQL and Python skills • Experience working with large datasets in modern data platforms such as Spark and Databricks • Effective use of AI tools in analytical work while maintaining rigor • Senior-level product analytics experience, including measurement, experimentation, clickstream analysis, and segment analysis • Experience building reliable, scalable analytical pipelines and scheduled data jobs, or contributing to data and analytics platform development • Ability to work independently in ambiguous spaces as an end-to-end owner • Master's degree or equivalent experience in statistics or a similar quantitative discipline is preferred • Data visualization experience such as Tableau is preferred but not required
