📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem framing and hypothesis design through model development, validation, and deployment • Develop and evaluate advanced statistical and machine learning models using large, complex datasets • Design data pipelines, feature engineering approaches, and experimentation frameworks • Translate quantitative findings into insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and business partners to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and prioritize work • Establish best practices in data quality, model monitoring, documentation, and responsible AI usage • Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to continuous improvement in data science methods and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of professional experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning, or advanced analytics to real-world business problems • Experience working with large, complex datasets • Programming proficiency in Python or R • SQL querying experience • Experience designing and evaluating experiments or causal inference approaches • Experience using metrics to assess model and product impact • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, or operations teams • Experience delivering and operationalizing data science solutions at scale
