📋 Description

• Set the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Listing Media across Aryeo and Zillow Pro • Build tools that simplify running a real estate media business, including booking, ordering, invoicing, and delivery • Shape the Zillow Pro agent experience for ordering, importing, and marketing listing media • Help high-quality media flow onto Zillow listings at scale with engineering and integration partners • Partner with Rich Media, AI, and Showcase teams on 3D tours, interactive floor plans, virtual staging, and AI-generated video • Engage photographers, agents, and home shoppers to define problems and test ideas with prototypes and AI-assisted research • Define annual and quarterly goals and success metrics; analyze metric changes and drive action • Balance photographer, agent, consumer, and business needs against feature development and reliability • Align engineering, design, data science, sales, customer success, and operations around a shared plan • Communicate with senior leaders through product briefs, reviews, and demos

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or group of features from discovery through launch and iteration • Experience building workflow products for professionals or small businesses, such as B2B, SaaS, or marketplace products serving multiple customer groups • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems, establish priorities, and identify when stakeholder alignment or approval is needed • Data-driven decision-making and ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences • Ability to lead through influence, build trust across teams, and adapt communication for engineers and senior leaders • Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, or analysis, and identifying opportunities for AI to create customer value • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, manage priorities independently, and take responsibility for outcomes • Preferred: experience in real estate, photography, creative services, or digital media • Preferred: experience with image or video products, media pipelines, computer vision, or generative AI • Preferred: experience with platform, API, or integration partners • Preferred: experience bringing an acquired product into a larger product suite
