📋 Description

• Shape and deliver product strategy for an AI-native seller experience across web and mobile • Grow the audience of homeowners and likely sellers • Design experiences that convert early intent into repeat engagement and long-term relationships • Connect sellers to the right selling products and services when ready to act • Define success metrics for conversational and AI-driven experiences • Prototype quickly, including with AI tools, to test ideas with customers and align the team • Turn data and customer insights into clear priorities and challenge assumptions • Communicate strategy, plans, and results to senior leaders • Contribute to broader seller strategy as a thought leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • 8+ years in product management • Track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products grounded in deep customer understanding • Experience building and shipping products across web and native mobile (iOS and Android) • Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-powered products, or demonstrated curiosity and fluency in how they work and where they fall short • Proven success taking products from 0 to 1 and showing measurable impact at scale • Strategic, data-driven product prioritization and delivery • Ability to bring clarity and direction to cross-functional teams amid ambiguity • Strong stakeholder communication and influence • Experience with two-sided marketplaces or consumer real estate is a plus
