📋 Description

• Own the strategic roadmap for SMB go-to-market operations • Identify valuable process and operational improvements for go-to-market teams • Lead complex strategic projects from conception through execution across multiple departments • Manage and coach a team of analysts • Align analysts' day-to-day work with strategic initiatives and support professional development • Optimize processes, workflows, and tools to improve go-to-market efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure systems and process errors are resolved quickly for frontline sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role • 4+ years of experience managing a team • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing ongoing operational processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop operational solutions to complex business problems • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
