📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data • Visualize insights using appropriate tools • Assess machine learning model performance using appropriate metrics, validation techniques, and testing datasets • Optimize models through hyperparameter tuning, feature selection, and regularization to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability • Craft data-driven features connecting job seekers to opportunities • Gather, clean, analyze, and extract meaningful insights from data

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ year of professional software development experience with a focus in machine learning • Deep experience in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and best practices • Comprehensive computer science fundamentals in coding, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms • Preferred: 5+ year of professional software development experience with a focus in machine learning • Preferred: BS/MS/PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and best practices • Preferred: Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn • Preferred: Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques, including CNNs, RNNs, LSTM, and GANs • Preferred: Background with NLP techniques and tools, including tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, NLTK, SpaCy, or BERT
