📋 Description

• Own and optimize the recruiting technology stack, including Gem, Greenhouse, and BrightHire • Identify gaps, evaluate and recommend tools or integrations, and manage vendor relationships • Build and maintain integrations across recruiting systems • Design and maintain a knowledge management system with playbooks, SOPs, onboarding materials, and process documentation • Build recruiting dashboards and define metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and funnel conversion • Ensure data integrity and trustworthy, self-service reporting • Turn recruiting data into actionable recommendations • Streamline end-to-end recruiting processes and improve candidate and hiring-team experience • Partner with Legal, People Systems, and Total Rewards on processes and compliance • Collaborate with TA managers and leaders to standardize processes globally • Manage and develop 2 Recruiting Coordinators, with the team expected to grow

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Talent/Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or a closely related function • Track record of building an operations function from scratch • Hands-on experience configuring and administering an ATS; Greenhouse strongly preferred • Experience with sourcing/CRM tools such as Gem or similar • BrightHire or interview intelligence tooling is a plus • Experience building dashboards and recruiting metrics/reporting • Experience managing or mentoring a coordination team • Strong project management skills • Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and a people leader • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization and adapting to shifting priorities • Excellent documentation skills
