📋 Description

• Assess and integrate methods in a peptide-substrate workflow • Generate peptides de novo • Evaluate biophysical characteristics including charge, hydrophobicity, and epitope prediction • Rank and select candidates for wet-lab generation • Independently install, configure, and deploy scientific software • Parameterize, generate, analyze, and report results • Fully document work and provide frequent project strategy and deliverable updates • Communicate and present data to the internal team

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, MS, or PhD degree in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Computational Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, or an equivalent field • Experience with substrate generation pipeline software such as Boltz/BoltzGen, RFDiffusion, Chroma, AbDesign, BindCraft, ProteinMPNN, or an equivalent computational method is strongly desired but not required • Experience in a programming language is preferred but not required • Comfortable with potentially being remotely managed and reporting results to an internal team • Strong remote work, time management, and communication skills • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis
