📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver frozen poultry vaccines • Track and document vaccine orders, deliveries, inventory, and chain of custody using inventory and order management systems • Support oversight of customer vaccine application processes • Work with the Vaccine Delivery Manager, Poultry Account Managers, Poultry Marketing, Global Manufacturing & Supply, and Managed Service teams • Train and educate customers on best practices for vaccine mixing and handling • Conduct audits of day-of-age spray applications and spray cabinet operation • Assess customer needs, prioritize product allocations, optimize inventory availability, and plan delivery routes • Deliver products to customers in the assigned territory • Build customer relationships and loyalty to Zoetis poultry products and services • Evaluate customer training needs and provide corrective action • Communicate with customers regarding Zoetis poultry products, services, marketing programs, rebates, and contracts • Provide quality assurance standards and audits • Ensure safe handling of frozen vaccines and compliance with standard operating procedures, safety standards, and regulations • Provide sales colleagues with updates after customer visits • Maintain documentation and communications for customer experience, inventory management, order fulfillment, regulatory, safety, accounting, audit readiness, traceability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Science, business administration, or similar is preferred • Experience may be considered in lieu of education • Two years of planning/scheduling utilizing an automated system or related experience • Poultry industry knowledge and awareness preferred • Proficient organizational and route planning skills • Good oral and written communication • Experience with SAP, Office suite, and Salesforce • Understanding of logistics and regulatory standards • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis • Must disclose if sponsorship is required
