📋 Description

• Extend ZoomInfo's data graph into the long tail of companies with little public footprint by extracting leadership, locations, and products from company websites and detecting stale records • Predict headcount and revenue for under-documented companies using gradient-boosted trees, regression with missing inputs, and calibrated uncertainty • Determine whether records describe the same company or person and measure wrongly merged and wrongly split outcomes • Infer buying intent from multilingual, noisy web content to support propensity scoring, lookalike retrieval, and contact recommendations • Build agents that research companies and cite sources, and design evaluations distinguishing correct results from runs that merely finished • Distill large models into smaller cost-effective models, owning quantization and serving • Take ambiguous, high-stakes problems from undefined to shipped • Raise the team's engineering bar through review, design, and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Experience taking machine learning systems to production and owning them after launch • Technical leadership as an individual contributor, including setting direction, design review, and mentoring • Classical machine learning expertise beyond language models, including supervised learning and feature engineering on large, messy tabular data • Statistics applied to decisions, including experiment design, statistical inference, and calibrated scores under class imbalance • Experience deploying language processing at scale, including text classification, information extraction, and entity linking over large volumes of multilingual, noisy text • Experience building and operating LLM agents or multi-step systems in production, including tool and context design, trace-based failure analysis, and evaluation using LLM judges validated against human labels • Proficiency in production Python • Strong SQL • Distributed data processing experience • Daily use of AI coding tools with rigorous review of their output • Experience with ranking and retrieval, including embeddings, learned re-ranking, recall@k, MRR, and nDCG (preferred) • Propensity modeling, clustering, or entity resolution experience on messy, real-world data (preferred) • Experience training and serving open-weight models in PyTorch or an equivalent framework (preferred) • Experience defending LLM systems against adversarial inputs and prompt injection, or working on web-scale information extraction, knowledge graphs, or user memory for agents (preferred)
