📋 Description

• Lead transformation of ZoomInfo apps for AI agents and generative AI • Lead a team of designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts • Drive AI-native products from ideation through launch and iteration • Define vision and strategic roadmap for AI agents reshaping GTM workflows • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success users to identify automation opportunities • Define and track AI-centric metrics including agent task completion, model accuracy, and automation rates • Use Amplitude and Tableau to turn product insights into action • Ensure AI capabilities solve real user problems • Rally engineering, AI/ML, design, and GTM teams to deliver intelligent experiences • Communicate product strategy through regular written updates • Build AI-native GTM products on ZoomInfo’s context graph and agent platform • Drive measurable revenue growth through customer acquisition, expansion, and retention

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building products using LLMs, autonomous agents, and generative AI • Current knowledge of emerging AI capabilities and ability to translate AI advancements into product value • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success workflows, tools, metrics, and pain points • Sharp eye for design and bias toward simplicity • Ability to prototype and build with AI tools • Ability to communicate AI product strategy to executives and cross-functional partners
