📋 Description

• Own and manage a smaller book of less strategic, lower-complexity general client accounts • Assist in monitoring client usage under the guidance of senior Account Managers to help identify risks and engagement opportunities. • Help clients understand basic platform capabilities and data insights to support their business goals. • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to support client needs. • Assist Customer Success Specialists with onboarding support, training, and basic issue resolution for general clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar client-facing role; relevant internship or academic project experience will be considered. • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred; willingness to learn required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
