📋 Description
• Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients • Work proactively with clients to shape RCM goals and expectations • Provide reimbursement analysis and management reporting • Advise clients of industry and regulatory trends • Communicate ongoing client satisfaction and feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Management or Accounting; graduate level degree preferred • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medical billing client service role, Emergency Department preferred • Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, industry trends • Ability to confidently interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends and opportunities to clients • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
