📋 Description

• Deliver profitable growth by selling a broad suite of solutions and managing the existing portfolio • Develop knowledge of agents’ business models and create business plans aligned with growth strategies • Lead and manage agent and customer value propositions • Retain business and grow market share in the assigned territory • Educate agents on RCIS products and advise them on marketing products and growing their businesses • Identify products and services that support agency growth • Identify training needs and train agents on RCIS products and software • Coordinate and present agent training meetings • Analyze processing and servicing issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with departments on resolution • Ensure agents comply with regulatory requirements and help establish quality-control processes • Provide subject-matter expertise and assist with developing SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area, OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Sales area, OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area • Insurance industry experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must live in the Southern Iowa and Northeast Missouri territory • Estimated travel of 50% • Employment sponsorship is not offered
