📋 Description

• Examine policyholders’ accounting and financial records to ensure accurate earned-premium calculations for moderately complex risks • Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory • Provide timely and accurate service to insureds, agents, and internal business partners throughout the audit process • Provide information and feedback to improve communication and customer comfort • Ensure audited exposures are accurately calculated • Resolve disputes and questions arising from auditing • Assist with training new auditors • Provide technical advice to help customers solve problems or improve their business • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships • Anticipate customer needs and recommend changes based on trends • Escalate technical issues within the function or unit • Provide feedback to improve processes, customer service, or products • Participate in short-term, defined-scope projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, OR high school diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area, OR Zurich-approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Casualty Premium Audit area • Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices • APA or CPCU preferred • Large, multi-state premium audit experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred • Must be able to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not offered
