📋 Description

• Adapting Zurich's Innovative Solutions to the Construction Industry. • Leveraging Zurich’s risk engineering tools and services to improve customer risk. • Delivering high quality construction consultative services for customers. • Developing and maintaining positive customer and business partner relationships. • Marketing and selling a wide range of fee services to customers. • Producing advanced level presentations and delivering risk management training. • Providing appropriate risk improvement advice and conducting loss investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/ Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations. • OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/ Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations. • Experience working in a team environment • Construction Safety/Risk preferable with Project Management, and/or Superintendent experience • Regulated and Non-Regulated Fleet Experience • Data Center construction experience • Large commercial construction experience with industrial, medical, and educational projects. • Advanced level knowledge of construction safety, operations, quality management and associated construction risks and exposures. • Professional certifications such as: CRIS, ARM, CHST, CSP, ASP, P.E. etc. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IOS platforms. • Proficiency in technical writing to create customer and internal business partner work products. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and consulting skills.
