📋 Description

• Deliver freshly sharpened knife sets and products according to established routes and schedules • Provide timely, professional, and courteous pick-up and delivery service • Represent ZWILLING’s reputation for quality and professionalism • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Maintain the delivery vehicle’s cleanliness and reliability • Coordinate service schedules and address client needs with sharpening technicians and customer service • Use company-provided tablets, Salesforce, route management tools, and digital platforms to access customer information and document visits • Update account details and support sales and payment activity • Identify opportunities to recommend and sell ZWILLING products and services • Support overall account growth

🎯 Requirements

• Previous route driving, delivery, or sales experience preferred • Clean driving record required • Strong commitment to customer service and representing the ZWILLING brand with pride • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently • Ability to lift and transport knife sets and boxes up to 30 lbs • Bilingual skills are a plus • Ability to work every other week, Monday–Friday, with schedules fluctuating according to business needs
