📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with clients to build and design a broad digital strategy and lead teams to execute it • Act as the cross-functional product lead for distributed product team members from delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania • Work with engineering leads to manage overall project progress and resource use, including initiating corrective action when required • Lead short-term planning by prioritizing and planning release content and timelines • Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments as the product expert • Make prioritization trade-offs within product goals • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management • Measure and improve business and customer value; develop KPIs, continuously monitor progress, and report milestones and deliverables • Monitor industry issues and trends, especially accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies • Strategically advise clients and build solutions for business challenges • Partner with global Engineering, Program Management, and Client Services teams • Support pre-sales efforts, consult on client business challenges, deliver products using Agile practices, and drive growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership position (Sr. PM, Lead PM, Director) • At least 5 years of consulting experience • Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients • Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads • Strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details • Experience working with global teams a MUST • Highly culturally aware • Well versed in User Research; championing users’ needs across the customer experience and facilitating workshops • Relationship builder; highly empathetic and collaborative, able to work across senior level stakeholders to drive decisions • Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies • Ability to speak English every day
