📋 Description

• Design and execute go-to-market campaigns across events and Indeed sourcing • Drive candidate consideration and improve lead-to-hire conversion • Define audience targeting and flighting strategies • Manage paid media budgets and bids for Indeed • Test and optimize paid media and sourcing campaigns • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of virtual and in-person events • Manage event design, production, setup, logistics, communications, promotion, and post-event follow-up • Consolidate performance data from various sources • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear recommendations • Run A/B testing and refine messaging and creative • Build candidate pipelines at scale for global hiring initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience launching and scaling digital campaigns • Proven track record delivering results through testing and deploying marketing initiatives • Marketing background strictly required; this is not a standard recruiting position • Individual contributor role • Proven success leading and organizing cross-functional marketing efforts for external and internal events, digital webinars, or conferences • Experience with event/marketing automation platforms; Zoom Webinar and Eloqua required • Experience managing significant paid advertising budgets and optimizing ad spend through ongoing performance analysis • Strong storytelling and content skills for candidate- and customer-facing communications • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Zoom Webinar, Eloqua, AJO, and paid ads managers • Detail-oriented, proactive, creative problem solver who adapts when issues arise and works with minimal supervision • Sharp analytical and quantitative skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
