Descrição

• Plan and coordinate admissions activities in the Greater San Diego area • Counsel and confer with prospective students interested in enrolling at Arizona State University • Implement recruitment strategies for the assigned market • Build relationships with prospective students, families, local organizations, alumni, and local networks • Interpret and provide program procedures, policies, goals, and objectives through phone, electronic media, and face-to-face meetings • Use PeopleSoft and ASU online information systems to monitor and inform prospective students • Use CRM systems to record interactions, correspondence, visits, monitoring, and follow-up • Conduct admissions appointments, information sessions, presentations, workshops, visits, and recruitment events • Execute phone and other communication campaigns to support enrollment goals • Collaborate with student recruitment areas, supervisors, and enrollment management leadership • Attend designated meetings and training sessions • Support student visit programs and on- and off-campus functions • Travel domestically or internationally when requested and perform recruitment duties during trips

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved • Fluent in a second language is preferred • Experience with student recruitment and admission practices • Experience in federal regulations pertaining to international students • Experience in academic advising, recruitment/retention, and/or other student support functions • Experience developing and conducting group presentations targeted to varied audiences • Experience developing and maintaining productive working relationships • Experience in organizational and time management • Valid US Driver's license of the appropriate class and required endorsements throughout employment • Frequent domestic travel and domestic travel involving operation of a motor vehicle • Ability to work frequent nights and occasional weekends • Successful completion of pre-employment screening, criminal background check, and fingerprint check
