Descrição

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term partnership • Lead onboarding, hiring kick-offs, and calibration sessions • Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses, hiring strategies, and growth plans • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions • Identify challenges, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding client experiences • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth • Translate hiring requirements into recruitment briefs for the Talent Acquisition team • Partner with recruiters throughout the hiring process • Monitor recruitment progress, timelines, and candidate pipelines • Keep clients informed through proactive communication and regular updates • Support contractors during their engagements, including onboarding and performance check-ins • Help contractors integrate into client teams and address performance concerns • Facilitate conversations between clients and contractors when needed • Coordinate clients, recruiters, contractors, sales, and leadership • Manage multiple client accounts and improve internal processes • Identify opportunities to expand clients’ remote teams and recommend staffing solutions • Contribute to the long-term growth of Bamboo Works and its clients

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or another client-facing role • Proven experience managing long-term client relationships with a strong focus on retention and account growth • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling challenging client conversations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent English • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently • Strong commercial awareness while maintaining a client-first mindset • Comfortable learning about different industries, business models, and organizational structures • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week • Willingness to work mainly PH working hours with potential overlap with US/EU time zones • Independent contractor engagement
