Descrição

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume requisition load, from job posting and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience from first contact through onboarding • Assess candidates through screens and interviews, recommend candidates to hiring managers, lead debriefs, and guide final decisions • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager on complex searches, executive roles, escalations, and process alignment • Use Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting technology, including AI-driven tools, to manage records and streamline workflows • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, community organizations, colleges, agencies, media, and other channels • Represent Concentric at recruiting events, career fairs, university partnerships, and other talent engagement opportunities • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing on branded recruiting collateral and external talent-attraction strategy • Support additional talent initiatives and projects as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent proven experience in recruiting or human resources • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting specialist experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency environment • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and willingness to adopt and maximize new technologies • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar ATS required • Familiarity with G Suite, Monday.com, BrightHire, and Grayscale strongly preferred • Ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion and professionalism • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Highly organized, with ability to prioritize under pressure and meet deadlines • Professional judgment, decision-making, initiative, and ability to work independently • Ability to handle confidential material and build trust with management, candidates, clients, and people from diverse backgrounds • Fluency in AI tools and modern recruiting technology, with ability to automate and streamline workflows • Familiarity with human resource practices
