Descrição

• Provide audiological phone support to customers, including fitting, troubleshooting, software, instrument selection, and technical product reviews • Collaborate with Sales and Training • Participate in seminars, workshops, and product launches • Work as part of the multidisciplinary Audiology & Training team

🎯 Requisitos

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialization • 2+ years experience within a clinical environment • Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with customers • Experience in selection and fitting of Hearing Instruments and FM systems • Knowledge and experience with testing, fitting hearing aids, programming software, and verification equipment • Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Excellent time management and negotiation skills • Strong technical problem-solving abilities • Able to work independently • Excellent teamwork skills • Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal is mandatory
