• Manage a portfolio of 40–60 credit unions and community banks as the primary contact • Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews • Program-manage customer onboarding and implementation • Drive product adoption through training, resources, and best practices • Develop and execute tailored customer success plans • Identify and mitigate churn risks through data analysis, usage tracking, and early intervention • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities • Collaborate with Sales to close expansion opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs • Cultivate referenceable customers for Eltropy • Advocate for customers' product, technology, and service needs internally • Communicate customer needs and challenges to cross-functional teams • Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product development • Track and report customer health, retention, and other key metrics • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM/CS platforms

🎯 Requisitos

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in account management, customer success, or equivalent role • SaaS and FinTech experience a plus • Customer-centric mindset and passion for helping customers succeed • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven experience working with technology and ability to quickly learn new software and tools • Data-driven approach and willingness to tackle big problems • Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and support teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change rapidly • Willingness to travel up to 25% for in-person customer and team meetings • Credit union or banking experience a big plus • Understanding of Collections, Lending, Contact Center, and Marketing use cases • Familiarity with banking tools such as Symitar, Temenos, Meridian Link, Origence, Banno, Q2, and Alkami
